The Butte County Democratic Central Committee (BCDCC) is the governing body of the Butte County Democratic Party. Its purpose is to build a strong Democratic Party in our County, by:

  • Registering Democratic voters

  • Motivating Democrats to turn out to vote

  • Supporting important political issues

  • Recruiting and training volunteers

  • Endorsing candidates and ballot measures

  • Fundraising for Democratic candidates and causes

  • Supporting chartered Democratic clubs

  • Supervising all Democratic Party matters throughout Butte County

The BCDCC is a diverse group, with members representing all sections of our community. There are many ways to become a member, and everyone is encouraged to explore how they can participate. For more information, please email us at info@buttecountydems.org.

Regular meetings of the Central Committee are held at 7:00 PM on the second Wednesday of each month via Zoom (until further notice). Visitors are welcome. Email info@buttecountydems.org for Zoom meeting details. Check the calendar to confirm meeting dates and times.
